Christmas at Sølvgarden
NOVEMBER 24 at 20 p.m.: CONCERT WITH KNUT BUEN AND HÅVARD SVENSRUD
It will be a great evening of celebration when Knut Buen and Håvard Svendsrud visit Sesetsdølar and visitors at Sølvgarden Hotell. Old-time dances and sound harmonies, newly composed and traditional music in great interplay. Before the concert, I warm up with dance practice with Sæbyggjan, where newcomers who want to try their hand are especially welcome.

26 DECEMBER: 2nd Christmas Day dance with Gledeskompaniet
It's good to get out of the house after a period of too much food and dessert. This is the evening you are likely to run into old acquaintances who are also visiting family for Christmas. The Gledeskompaniet plays up to dancing and ensures a great atmosphere!
Gledeskompaniet is a country-rock band from Kristiansand. The band was formed in 1997 by the brothers Jim and Jan Ove Johansen + Åge Næss, Carl Inge Grim and Odd Øyvind Bergum. The band mainly plays country rock with lyrics in the Kristiansand dialect. The band has released 3 albums, "Kjærlighet og kildevann" in 2004, "Å i sava" in 2009 and "Enjoy life" in 2017.
The band now consists of:
